In order to shop at the Mulier Store do I need to create an account?

No. Shopping at Mulier Store can be done without creating an account. However, to register will facilitate and accelerate the process of shopping in the future. 


I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?

Discount code must be entered at the last of the 3 steps of purchase process: “Payment & Shipping”.


How do I pay for purchases?

In Mulier Store, You can choose one of the 3 available forms of payment: credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Their detailed description can be found in the tab “Payment”. 


Can I pay in other currency than Euro?

Yes. When paying by bank transfer, You can make a payment in any currency.


I ordered a watch, but have not received any confirmation, why?

If an order is made correctly, you should receive an e-mail confirmation. If you do not receive any message, please contact us at info@mulierstore.com.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Contact us by calling +34 972 44 75 36 or send an email at info@mulierstore.com as quickly as possible, so we can change or cancel Your order before it is shipped.


How long does it take to ship and how much does the shipping cost?

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the type of shipment. You can choose between standard and express delivery. When purchasing at least one watch the standard shipping takes 2-3 days and is free of charge and express delivery takes 1-2 days and costs 10 Euros. More information about shipping costs can be found in the tab "Shipping".


Can I track the shipment of my order?

Yes. Once your order reaches the carrier, You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number of Your shipment. With it, You will have the ability to track it on the website of the courier company, with which we have sent your order. If you do not receive any message, contact us at info@mulierstore.com.


Do You ship to my country?

The list of countries to which we send currently products from Mulier Store is located in the tab "Shipping". If Your country is yet not listed, please contact us - we will inform you of the conditions and shipping costs to Your country.


Can I exchange or return the purchased watch?

Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receiving of Your order. Exchange and return rules are described in the tab “Exchanges and Returns”.


I received wrong/defective item, what should I do?

In the tab “Exchange and Returns” we described exactly how to proceed in the event of receiving incorrect/defective product.


My watch stopped working, what should I do?

All of the watches available in Mulier Store are authentic and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If, during the warranty period (12 - 24 months depending on the manufacturer) the purchased watch stops working, please contact us at info@mulierstore.com – we will instruct You on the procedure for the repair process.


I wanted to buy a product that is now not available, what should I do?

Contact us at info@mulierstore.com - we will inform You how soon it will be available.
